Photos & Facial Features

When you use our application, you may voluntarily capture or select photos using your device camera or photo library.

Our application uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze facial features of the selected images to generate a simulated baby prediction result. Due to limited processing capabilities on mobile devices, selected images are securely transmitted to encrypted cloud servers for temporary processing.

Important AI Data Handling Principles:

• What Data is Uploaded: Only the specific photos of the mother and father explicitly selected by you are uploaded.
• Who Processes the Data: Your images are processed via our secure servers and transmitted to our trusted third-party cloud AI provider, Replicate (Privacy Policy available at: https://replicate.com/privacy), strictly for image processing. We confirm that Replicate provides the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
• How Data is Used: Images are used strictly and solely to generate your requested baby prediction result. Images are never used for advertising, marketing, biometric identification, authentication, profiling, or AI model training by us or by our third-party providers.
• Data Retention: Images are processed ephemerally and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers and Replicate's servers immediately after the generation process completes. In limited technical circumstances, temporary encrypted cache backups may exist for system stability or rollback protection; such cached data is automatically deleted within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Data Sharing Restrictions: We do not sell, rent, or share your images with advertisers or analytics partners.
